Taco Soup

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)1 onion, chopped3-5 celery sticks, chopped1 green pepper, chopped2 cups cubed yellow squash2 cups shredded zucchini1 TBSP cayenne pepper powder1 TBSP salt1 TBSP pepper1 lb of prepared dry beans1 pk taco seasoning (or 1 TBSP chili powder, 1 tsp cumin, & 1 tsp paprika)1 1/2 cups water (or as much needed to cover ingredients)1 pk ranch dressing mix (1 oz) or 2 tbsp ranch dressing2 qts pureed tomatoes (or stewed, or 3 cans of 14.5 oz tomatoes)
Directions
Brown meat, drain fat, add vegetables, cook until tender. Add all other ingredients, bring to boil, then simmer 30 minutes or transfer to crock pot after meat is browned. Can cook for 3 hrs on high or more hours on low in crockpot.
