Bay Scallops with white wine

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Shallots, fine dice3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half1 lb. Bay Scallops2/3 c white wine1.5 tsp Dijon Mustard3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Add shallots and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes. Add scallops, cook for 2 minutes. Add white wine, mustard and parsley, cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
