1 cup uncooked whole grain oats (non instant)6 egg whites1 cup fat free cottage cheese1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground cinnamon2 packets sugar substitute1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup1/4 cup mixed berries
1. Lightly coat non stick skillet w/ cooking spray; place over med heat
2. blend: oats, egg whites, cottage cheese, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar until smooth
3. pour 1/4 c batter into hot skillet cook 3 min each side
4. Microwave syrup
5. top with syrup and mixed berries
