Sauli Koskinen's Finnish Meatballs

Ingredients
400g beef mince1 quart sour cream1 onion soup mix packet4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Mix mince, cream and onion soup mix together in a food processor till combined. Roll into small balls and place onto an oiled baking tray. Bake at 180º for 15 mins shaking the pan midway through cooking.

    NOTICE: It is 1 CUP of sour cream, not 1 qt. Use a quart and you get goop. Happened to me so I researched it further. - 2/5/12
