Brussels sprouts, fresh, 8 sprout Mushrooms, fresh 4oz pieces or slicesShallots 2 lrgZucchini medium Coconut oil, 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp
Directions
heat skillet or cast iron @ a medium/high heat & add:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Shallots chopped fine
Brussels sprouts quartered or chopped fine
Zucchini 1 inch quartered
Balsamic Vinegar
