Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice, preferably short grain1 large egg + 1 large egg white1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk1/2 tsp vanilla1 Tbsp whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp sucanatdash of salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Pour into two greased ramekins and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
