Linda's Chicken Noodle Soup

2 - 5 oz. chicken breasts cut into small pieces1/2 c. diced onion1 c. chopped celery1 1/2 c. sliced or diced carrots8 c. water4 T. McCormick Chicken Base1/2 - 12 oz pkg of No Yolk egg noodles1/4 t. table salt1/2 t. black pepper
Chop all veggies and place in stock pot with the cut up raw chicken breasts. Pour 8 cups of water over it all and begin to simmer on top of stove. Once bubbling, add the noodles, salt, pepper, and chicken base. When noodles are done to your liking. Turn off flame and let sit covered for 20 minutes before serving.
