Hormel SPAM Lite, 12 oz. canKraft 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedWonder LIght-REduced Calorie Hamburger Buns, 8 servings.
Cube SPAM and put in bowl.
Add Cheddar
Finely chop onion and add to bowl.
Toss to mix.
Place buns on baking sheet by halves, open-faced side up
Spoon mixture onto bun halves so all sixteen have equal amounts of mixture.
Broil sandwiches until bun browns and cheese melts.
Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (2 halves of the bun, top and bottom per serving))
