Healthy Vegetable and Beef Burgers

Ingredients
7 oz pureed carrots (shredded is quicker)7 oz pureed spinach (frozen chopped)7 oz pureed brocolli (frozen)1 garlic clove minced1 teaspoon basil (1 cube trader joes frozen basil)1.02 lbs Ground Beef (Trader Joes Angus)2 egg whites
Directions
Throughly mix all ingredients.

Heat nonstick skillet and cook to desired temperature.

Makes 5 8oz precooked patties.

I recommend serving with cheese and ketchup on top of steamed zuchinni slices instead of bun.
