Gingerbread Pancakes for 1

Ingredients
1/3 C whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder2 T sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1 tsp cardamom1/2 C skimmed milk1 large egg1 T molasses1 T canola oil
Directions
mix dry ingredients together
mix wet ingredients together
pour wet into dry and stir
cook on lightly greased (butter) griddle medium heat.
when bubbles form flip and cook the other side
