*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup Tuna, Canned in Water, 6 oz Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Soy Milk, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Onions, raw, 1 small
Directions
chop onion, cook quinoa, combine all ingredients and cook at 350 for 20 min.
