Ingredients
Cabbage, red, fresh, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove) Sweet potato, 2.5 cup, cubes (remove) Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove) Celery, raw, 2.5 cup, diced (remove) Onions, raw, 2.5 cup, chopped (remove) *Rutabega (1 cup cubes), 2.5 serving (remove) Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock, 4 serving (remove) *Safeway 15-Bean Soup Mix (dry), 4 cup (remove) V8 Vegetable Juice, Spicy Hot, 11 oz (remove) Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)*Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1.25 cup (remove)*Ham (Frick's Traditional) (2oz=1 serv), 8 serving (remove)Water, 20 cups
Directions
Soak beans in water overnight.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and heat on low for 6-8 hours, or until desired consistency.
