Tuna Curry

Ingredients
Directions
2 medium sized bananas2 tins of tuna1 tbsp wholegrain flour1 tbsp of low fat margarine1/4 pint of fish stock
1. Fry chopped up banana in margarine, until mushy.
2. Add tuna (save juices from tin for the fish stock*) to the pan.
3. Mix 1 tblsp curry powder with 1/4pt of fish stock (add water to juices from tin to make up)add to pan.
4. Add approx 1 tblsp of flour, just enough to thicken.
5. Transfer into oven proof dish and cook 190c for approx 25 minutes, stir halfway.
* Optional
Serve with brown rice.
Makes enough for 2 large portions
