Greek Lemon Orzo

Ingredients
8 oz uncooked orzo1/2 a lemon, zest and juice1 tsp olive oil2 oz fat free feta cheese1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Cook orzo according to directions on box. When cooked, drained water, return to pot and put over low heat. Add feta, stir until mostly melted. Add olive oil, lemon juice/zest, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
