Vanilla Yogurt Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened1/3 cup brown sugar, packed1/3 cup granulated sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract1 large egg8 oz. vanilla yogurt raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy.
Add egg and beat well. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

Stir in vanilla yogurt raisins. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.
