Prebake pie shell
saute onions/asparagus (cut diagonally in 1 inch pieces) in olive oil
Layer quiche: 1/2 shredded cheese, ham, asparagus
Mix eggs with milk/cream & spices, pour in
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
