Ingredients
19 oz 93% Lean Ground Turkey2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread (made into bread crumbs)1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup finely chopped onion3 TBSP Barbecue sauce7 servings Arnold Multi Grain Sandwich Thins - Mini
Directions
Combine bread crumbs, turkey, cheese and onion in a bowl. Season with barbecue sauce and mix together. Form 14 small patties (think big meatball and then flatten it). Throw them on the grill or fry them in a large skillet.
