Ingredients
1 banana, frozen preferably1/2 cup lactose free milk +/- according to preference1 tbsp nutella2 tbsp chunky all natural, no sugar no salt PButter1-2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Directions
put it all in a blender and liquefy, serve ice cold. works especially well if you're using frozen bananas!!
