Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 package chopped, frozen spinach1 package 8 oz Neufchatel cheese1 container 8 oz light sour cream3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese1 can artichoke hearts1 Tbsp Light smart balance butter2 tsp garlicRed pepper flakes to taste
Melt butter, add artichokes, garlic and spinach (thawed and squeezed mostly dry). Cook for about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream, neufchatel, and 2 tbsp parmesan. Cook until heated and thickened.
Serve topped with red pepper flakes and remaining parmesan cheese.
