Rice Pilaff with brown rice

Ingredients
2.75 C brown rice3.5 C vegetable broth organic2 TB butter unsalted1/2 C carrots minced1/2 C mushrooms minced1/2 C onion yellow minced2 clove garlic minced1/4 C almonds chopped
Directions
Place rice & broth in cooker

Saute everything else for 15 minutes add to rice

turn cooker on & wait till done
