Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef2 cans Cream of mushroon soup1 packet of brown gravy mix1 cup water2tbsp sour cream8oz egg noodles
Directions
Brown beef, strain, add cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy packet & water. Stir until heated through. If it's still too thick, add a little more water. Stir in sour cream at the end, serve over egg noodles.
