1 Chicken Breast 1 TB Fat Free Greek Yogurt15 Red GRapes sliced in half1 Celery Stalk cut into slicesBlack Pepper Garlic PowderOnion Powder Salt 1 Lemon Wedge
Sprinkle chicken with pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste and roast in oven at 350 until cooked, about 30 minutes.
In a bowl mix yogurt, sliced grapes, chopped celery, salt , pepper, any remaing onion or garlic powder and a squeeze of a lemon wedge and chill.
When chicken is cooled, dice into chunks and add to yogurt mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
