BBQ Chicken Burrito

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1 lb., cut into 1 in. pieces Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, stripsOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedBarbecue Sauce, .5 cupCheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shreddedOlive Oil, 3 tbsp,divided 6 Whole Wheat Tortillas, 6-7 in.
Directions
Heat 2 T. oil in large pan. Saute chicken, peppers, and onions until chicken is cooked (approx. 6-8 min.). Add BBQ sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 min.
Spread out 1/4 c. cheese on each tortilla and top each with chicken mixture. Fold tortilla. Heat 1 T. oil in a pan and brown each burrito on all sides .
Serve with lettuce, tomato, limes, and sour cream, if desired.
