Directions
Lots of ingredients. No prep other than washing and roughly breaking apart or roughly chopping veggies. Everything should be certified organic if possible.Feel free to add other spices or herbs as you like. 4 cups pure / charged water2 celery stalks1 carrot1 one inch piece of ginger root with skin2-3 springs of fresh cilantro (or parsley)1 ripe tomato1 red bell pepper (or yellow, green or orange)1 cucumber1 clove of garlic1-2 slices of red onion1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds1 tsp raw yellow miso1 tsp raw tahini (or some raw sesame seeds)1 tbsp live oil such as flax (live oils are kept in the fridge) (or substitute extra virgin olive oil)
1. Take all the vegetables, roots and herbs and chop or break apart very roughly.
2. In food processor or blender, process all the ingredients except the water and oil until fairly fine. Do in batches if necessary.
3. Add water and oil and blend again.
4. Done
5. Can be eaten cold, at room temperature or warmed slightly (up to 118F to retain nutrients and enzymes).
6. Enjoy!
