Ingredients
Bulgur, cooked, 660 grams (remove)Sun Dried Tomatoes, 25 grams (remove)Beans, red kidney, 200 grams (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 100 grams (remove)Walnuts, 10 grams (remove)Onions, raw, 35 grams (remove)Olive Oil, 12 grams (remove)Knorr Vegetable broth mix, 1 tbspWater, tap, 300 grams (remove)
Directions
steam bulgur and water for 30 mins
cool to room temperature then add all the spices and beans
place in fridge for 4 hours
eat with whatever meat hwen ready
