Easy Egg Bake

21 Eggs2 Bell Peppers, any color1 Medium onion, diced1 8 oz package mushroom, sliced1 pack ground breakfast sausage1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped4 tsp. Tabasco SauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Throw sausage into large pan and start cooking it. You want to cook it like ground beef. When it's about half way done, add in onion and bell pepper. When sausage is all the way cooked, add in mushrooms and cook for about 2 more minutes. Turn off heat and mix in the fresh parsley.
In the meantime, add all eggs into a large bowl and whisk. Add in Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Add sausage mixture to baking dish and dump eggs on top. Gently mix together, it doesn't have to be perfect. Bake 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until eggs have set.
Serving Size: Makes 15 squares
