Roasted Winter Vegetables

Ingredients
1 cup Rutabega, cubed1 cup Carrots, cubed1 cup Turnip, cubed1 cup beets, cubed3 Tbsp canola oil1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper1Tbsp garlic powder2 tbsp dried basil
Directions
1. Prepare all vegetables.
2. Toss with oil and seasonings.
3. Spread on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until desired texture is reached.
