Caribbean Jerk Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 T. Vegetable Oil1 Green Bell Pepper (cubed)1 Red Bell Pepper (cubed) 2 Skinless, boneless chicken Breasts, cut into strips2.5 T Caribbean Jerk Seasoning (The recipe above is for about a 1/4 cup, you will not use all of it)1/2 c. Plum Sauce1 T. Soy Sauce
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat. Cook and stir the bell peppers in oil until slightly tender (5-7 minutes). Remove pepper and set aside. Add chicken to the skillet, season with jerk - cook and stir chicken until no longer pink. Pour in plum sauce, add the bell pepper toss to combine. Cook until everything heated. Srinkle with soy sauce (I just mixed it in).
