Chicken-Almond Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin slices1 Tablespoon cornstarch.5 cup Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing, divided16 oz. frozen oriental mixed vegetables, thawed.5 cup sliced almonds, toasted2 cups hot cooked brown rice
Directions
Toss chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of the dressing in medium bowl; cover. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Place almonds in microwavable shallow dish. Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes or until almonds are fragrant and crisp, stirring every 30 seconds.
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently. Add vegetables and remaining dressing; cook an additional 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in almonds.
Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings, 2 cups each.
