Ingredients
4 x 100g rump steaks100g rocket2 ripe tomatoes, sliced4 slices bread1 red onion, thinly sliced1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cook steaks to your liking, rest, and then thickly slice.

Toast the bread, layer rocket and tomato and steak. Top with onion and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
