Garlic Shrimp wannabe Scampi

Ingredients
3/4 pound raw shrimp, peeled--31-40 count1 TBSP olive oil1 1/2 TBS Smart Balance Omega 3 Plus Butter2 big garlic cloves, finely minced3 green onions, sliced including green parts1 TBSP lemon juice, give or take1-2 TBSP or an 1/8 cup of white wineFresh Parsley and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat butter and olive oil in pan. Add garlic and sautee a minute or two, but do not brown.

2. Add shrimp, green onions, lemon juice, and wine. Stir to coat.

3. Sautee shrimp about 2 minutes on each side, until pink and cooked through.

4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and pepper.


Serving Size: Makes 3-4 servings. Increase shrimp to 1 pound for a solid 4 serving dinner.
