German soup dumplings

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 largeWater, tap, 1 TBS Salt, 1 dash FlourSoup or broth of choice, hot but not boiling.
Directions
In a bowl, beat eggs and water for 1 minute, or until well mixed and slightly frothy. Stir in salt. Slowly stir in flour until mixture reaches the consistency of thick glue. Drop by spoonfuls into hot (but not boiling) soup/broth, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: ~12 small dumplings, or enough for 2-3 people.
