Heart Healthy Pumpkin Oatbran Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 c oat bran1/2 c. splenda brown sugar mix1/2 c. whole wheat or rye flour2 t baking powdermix the above together & add liquid ingredients together:1/2 c soya milk3 egg whites2.5 c pumpkin puree2 T olive oilFold together till dry ingredients are incorporated.Spray muffin tins with pam & fill 3/4 full.Bake at 425 for 19-20 mins
