Ingredients
1 cup diced mushrooms2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic, and oregano1 head of cabbage, chopped6 cups vegetable broth1 large onions, chopped1 can cannelini beans1 can kidney beans 1 can black beans2 Tb olive oil2 tsp chopped garlic4 cups water3 tsp cumin
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large stock pot. Add chopped onions and garlic and saute until onions are limp. Add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is soft. Remove from heat and serve.
