1-Pillsbury Devil's Foods Cake Mix 1/2 cup diet 7-up1- 15 oz can Libby's Canned Pumpkin Puree 2 small boxes of*Jell-O Sugar Free, Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding, 2 cups of skim milk2 cups Light Cool Whip3 cups of frozen strawberries, thawed2 Tbsp - Nestle Semi Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels
Combine the cake mix with the canned pumpkin and 1/2 cup diet 7-up, bake in a 9x13 pan for approx. 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares. Mix pudding mix with milk let set up in refrigerator for about 20 min. add cool whip and then begin the fun! Layer the bottom of the trifle bowl with the cake, put 11/2 cups of strawberries on top of that, layer half of the pudding mixture on top of the strawberries, sprinkle with 1 Tbsp of mini choc. chips. Repeat the layers. For a more fancy appearance you can top with stars of Ready Whip and sprinkle with a few mini-choc.chips.
