Bell Pepper Saute

Ingredients
2 Bell Peppers, red, yellow, or both1 Tablespoon olive oil1/2 small red onion, dicedcoarse salt and pepper
Directions
Remove seeds and ribs from peppers; slice lengthwise into strips and half crosswise.

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add bell pepper and onion, season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until peppers are just tender, about 10 minutes.
