Angela's Sausage-n-Slaw Soup

Ingredients
* 1/2 roll Shady Brook Farms Lean Turkey breakfast sausage*1 - 12oz. bag of broccoli slaw mix*1 - 16 oz. bag of tri-color coleslaw mix1 onion, chopped1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
Directions
Brown sausage (1/2 roll) and onion in grapeseed oil. Add in slaw mixes and water to cover. Boil until desidred consistency.( I like mine with a little texture so about 15-20 minutes) May also use chicken stock instead of water but be sure to add additional nutritional information.

Serving Size: Makes 10 one-cup servings or 5 two-cup servings!
