Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

4 chicken thighs2 T yellow mustard1/4 cup water1 T honey1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper4 slices thin-sliced smoked ham (Raley's everyday was the brand I used)
Mix mustard, water, honey, salt and pepper together. Lay chicken thighs in baking dish, then top each thigh with a slice of ham. Pour the honey-mustard mixture over top and bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes. Cover with foil, then bake for another 15 minutes.
