10 cups unbleached flour1 cup crisco1 cup honey3 2/3 cup warm water1 tsp saltmelted margarine
Add honey to warm water and then sprinkle with yeast and let foam. Add shortening, salt and flour and mix. Knead for 10 minutes and let rise til double. Punch down, make into loaves, let rise til double and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Lightly rub crust with melted margarine when you remove from oven.
