What the HECK! Spicy Curry soup

10 Cups boiling water600 Grams cold cooked chicken breast1 Bag Frozen Broccoli1 Bag Frozen Lima beans3 Tablespoons hot Jamaican Curry powder3 Tablespoons garam massala3 Tablespoons red pepper flakes3 Tablespoons minced garlic1 Tablespoon cayanne pepper3.5 Cups Cooked rice
Chop chicken into half inch cubes. Put everything but the lima beans into the pot and bring it to a rapid boil on high heat. Boil on medium-high heat for roughly 5 minutes, then add the lima beans. Bring back to a boil, and let simmer for 2 minutes. Serve VERY hot in large bowls. If you can eat a full serving of this soup, it is only 243 calories.

Transmigrate: Thanks for the comment! If you want to cut out the protein, or use seitan, I would recommend adding something to replace the layer or flavor, like portabella mushrooms, or salted eggplant. Good sparking!
