Spicy and sweet zucchini rice

Ingredients
Zucchini, 1 choppedWhite Rice, short grain, 1/2 cup = 1 cup cooked ( I used Japanese rice, because Im currently residing Japan, but you can use whatever rice you have)Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1/2 cupOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Onions, 2 tbsp chopped Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp red chili, 2 chopped (again, I used Japanese one)basil, 1 tspparsley, 1 tspRaisins, 1 tspsaltpepper
Directions
Cooked the 1/2 cup of rice with water, I used leftovers (heehee!!)
saute all the vegetables in the oil, add some water, when cooked, add the spices (raisins, basil, salt, pepper, chili, parsley, etc) and the cooked rice and mix the well.
Serve with chicken or fish! ;)
