Refried Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 whole wheat tortilla.5 cup vegetarian refried beans1 oz lowfat cheddar or colby cheese.25 cup fresh tomato.10 cup chopped onion1.5 cup chopped romaine or iceburg lettuce1.5 tbsp salsa1tbsp light sour cream (I like Daisy brand)
Directions
put tortilla on place, spread refried beans in the center of tortilla. Top with cheese. Put plate in microwave for 30 seconds to a minute until cheese is melted. Add your toppings roll it up and eat!
