2 cups Almond Breeze Unsweetened2 medium bananas, sliced and frozen1/2 serving Vanilla CytoSport Muscle Milk (13g protein) 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
In VitaMix or other high powered blender, pour in almond milk, add protein, peanut butter and last add frozen bananas. For VitaMix start on low variable and quickly take to high. Process until well mixed.
Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
