Celeste's Turkey Veggie Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 2 cups, chopped Turkey breast meat, 12 ounces Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Garlic, 2 cloves Brussels sprouts, fresh, 1 cup Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Veggie Bouillon Cubes, low sodium - 2 cubes Water, 10cup (8 fl oz) Celery, raw, 2 cups, diced
Directions
Sautee carrots, onions, celery and garlic in the coconut oil and add them to the main pot of veggie broth, water, and poultry. Add frozen brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and barley. Cook until tender and simmer until dinner.
