Lemon Butter Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
1 pound linguine, cooked2 cups butter or margarine1/4 cup lemon juice2 cloves garlic1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes6 oz or so cooked shrimpitalian seasoning to taste
Directions
Boil linguine and drain. In large sauce pan, melt butter and add garlic. Add lemon juice and adjust to taste. Add mushrooms and tomatoes (optional). Add shrimp; cook until shrimp, mushrooms and tomatoes are done to taste. Add pasta. Serve.

    Awesome recipe!! I did not have the tomatoes or the Mushrooms. I ended up running out of butter as well LOL! So I just made a small amount for myself. This is the best recipe that I have gotten from Sparkrecipes by far!! THANK YOU!! - 3/28/12
