Ingredients
125 g Cashew Nuts (not salted) 40 g Almonds 50 g Coconut meal1 cup Rice cakes (puffed rice) 250 g Dried figs 60 g Dates80 g raisins2-4 tbsp orange juice2 tbsp protein powder (chocolate is very good)4 tbsp dark cocoa powderGlazing:40 g protein powder2 tsp dark cocoa powder2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Put everything together into a bowl. Let it cool in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Roll it into around 12-14 balls (little smaller than a golf ball) and top it with the glaze.
