Mom's Corn Meal Mush

Ingredients
3 cups cold water1 cup white corn meal1 tsp salt sense1 cup 1% milk2 Tbls sugar substitute
Directions
Heat water. Mix corn meal, salt,milk & sugar. Pour into boiling water. Stir contstantly, Cook till thick. Stir frequently low heat for 20 minutes. Pour into loaf pan and cool to room temperature. Set in refrigerator over night. Flip out onto a plate and slice. Fry in 1 tsp. olive oil until golden brown.
