Crockpot Chicken Meal

Ingredients
4 Chicken Thighs with skin3 Potato cubed2 Cup Carrot strips slices (baby carrots)1 Cup Celery chopped1 Cup Onion chopped1 Cup Water1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Put chopped vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot. Stir to mix veggies evenly. Add 1 cup water. Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables. Sprinkle salt over chicken and veggies (mostly over chicken). I also place a few slices of onion over the chicken for extra flavor. Cook on low all day.
