Chicken and Shrimp Creole

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast1 Red bell pepper, chopped1 Lg onion, chopped1 stalk celery, diced15 oz chopped stewed tomatoes1tsp garlic1Tbs sugar1.5tsp paprika1/2tsp cayenne1/2tsp onion1/2 tsp garlic2.5tsp salt1.5tsp pepper1lb shrimp1Tbs lemon juiceHot cooked rice
Directions
Place chicken in crock pot, add bell pepper, onion, celery, tomatoes, garlic, sugar, paprika, seasoning, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Add shrimp, lemon, cover and cook 45 min. serve over 1 Cup hot rice.
