Jenn's Breaded Chicken

Ingredients
  • 2 servings Perdue Perfect Portion Boneless Chicken Breasts, Italian style
  • 1/4 cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano, flakes
  • 1 tbsp basil, flakes
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In ziplock bag, add dry ingredients and shake to blend well.
  3. Add one chicken breast and shake to cover.
  4. Place breaded breast in small casserole dish; repeart with remaining breast.
  5. Cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
  6. Add to favorite side.
